The drive installed was a 5TB drive that was pretty much full, complete with hundreds of various save files etc which it would absolutely kill me to lose. The Hard Drive doesnt appear to be making the tell tale noises normally associated with a bust drive, no click of death or anything. Holding the power button gives me one beep, then the second beep maybe 10 seconds later just powers the console back down. I'm assuming at this point that whatever has gone wrong, requires the full installation from here. I download the update from the Sony Playstation site and this doesn't work, saying its the incorrect version. Tonight my PS4 Pro just shut itself down and upon reboot, goes through the storage check, then comes up with a message to use a USB device to put Version 5.50 back on or later.
